In Aireko, Josen has led fast-track CM/GC and Design-Build Construction of innovative institutional and industrial work that contributed to the modernization of Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Florida and the MID Atlantic U.S. for their sustainable industrial and economic development.

As Aireko Companies Managing Partner, Josen oversees international growth, the allocation of capital to new markets and products, and the growth of third generation partners and managers. Mr. Rossi has led various Puerto Rico business and non-profit boards, leading the creation of some, such as the Puerto Rico Institute for Competitive and Sustainable

Waldemar Toro

Waldemar "Wally" Toro

Mr. Toro has over 20 year's of proven track record of building businesses and projects, expanding products and services, and creating high-performance teams and cultures in mechanical/electrical construction and services. Wally currently serves as CEO of Aireko Construction Group of Companies, a 600 person privately held firm servicing the eastern US, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean with revenues of over $200 M in 2019. Wally's vision for Aireko is to build on the Company's solid foundation and lead the next level of growth for the next 20 years.

Waldemar Toro Tito

Waldemar "Tito" Toro, P.E.

Eng. Toro directs all industrial and energy related business. He began his career with Aireko as a project engineer supervising industrial, commercial, and residential projects. In 1998, he was promoted to direct the electrical construction and instrumentation of the Liquid Natural Gas terminal and storage facilities for the Ecoeléctrica 500 MW Power plant. Waldemar oversees Aireko’s Industrial Construction as well as the Energy Group.

Héctor Rivera serves as President of Aireko Energy Group (AEG) and oversees company growth strategy, business development, sales, and product & services delivery. Hector achieved a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with concentration in power and control systems from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus. Hector has over 20 years of experience in commercial & industrial design/build electrical construction, with leading role in the design, integration, and maintenance of distributed energy resources, including solar photovoltaic, combined heat & power, electric vehicles infrastructure, and battery energy storage systems.

Brian Crisp

Mr. Crisp serves as the Operations Manager for the AEG US Southeast operations and oversees Estimating and Pre- Construction of electrical works. Brian started his electrical field training in the US Navy, where he was trained in their Nuclear Field Electricians school. He served in the Navy for 6 years prior to receiving his honorable discharge and being accepted into the JATC apprenticeship program, where he completed a 5-year apprenticeship as the top Electrician in the class. Brian has held positions in the electrical field ranging from Apprentice to Superintendent, and then from APM to Operations Manager. This experience has given him the ability to help guide the Operations team through all aspects of project development, from design to successful project completion. He’s responsible of project execution to ensure Total Compliance in all AEG projects.

Douglas Thomas

Mr. Thomas brings over 30 Years of electrical construction experience with 20 years in project management, estimating & project development, design-build, large construction management, and a lifelong Central Florida resident. His duties include working with owners, architects, and AEG personnel in the development of conceptual, schematic, design, and construction document estimates ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, sustainable, and cost-effective projects. As Director of Preconstruction, Mr. Thomas manages the workload and development of the preconstruction and estimating team which provides preconstruction services to Florida and Eastern United States markets. Doug has extensive experience in multiple sectors including design-build Healthcare, Hospitality, Municipal, and Industrial projects.

Marisol Diaz Cruz

Ms. Díaz is Certified Public Account and as a Comptroller she manages the accounting and finance operations of Aireko Companies. She works alongside with the executive management team, provides informative business financial information and coordinates business financial planning and forecast functions. Asa Comptroller she ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements and tax filings and financial audits. Ms. Diaz has over 20 years of experience working as a financial professional and her major commitment to Aireko Companies is to provide confidence, precision and on time information for decision making

Julybeth Alicea

Ms. Alicea manages the human resources operations for all Aireko companies located in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and US for an overall of more than 900 employees. She started with the company on 2018 managing the human resources department for the companies located in the United States and after one year she was trusted to lead all strategic HR operations. Ms. Alicea serves as business partner for the company’s Executive Committee and provides assessment on employment operational matters. On a daily basis, Alicea administers and oversees strategic programs including, but not limited to, market survey and compensation analysis, disciplinary matters; labor compliance and disputes; performance and talent management; employee engagement programs; occupational health and safety; and organizational development, among others. Ms. Alicea has integrated key performance indicators and achieved the integration of new technology systems (HRIS) and best practices to improve the HR department and provide a service of excellence to all business partners.

Mrs. Soto serves as the Office Coordinator for Aireko Energy Group (AEG), and with over 10 years of experience in project administration, she helps oversee and implement office procedures to improve and optimize our operation. She assists company personnel and higher management, facilitating key tasks and communications with clients and vendors. Her knowledge of the company and understanding of accounting principles and processes helps provide support with office expenses and bookkeeping. Aida’s organizational skills and ability to multitask have helped support our company’s mission in achieving Total Compliance.

Mr. Cruz has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the years he has been instrumental in the structuring of an internal program that helps identify new talent and for the implementation in his department of the latest estimating software’s which has help improve the department’s precision, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Currently, Victor and his team provides preconstruction services to Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands markets. Besides working on Built-to-Spec projects, through his career, Victor has mastered the design-built process and he has guided his team to work with numerous clients in multi-million dollars projects since the conceptual stage.

With over 10 years’ experience as a business development coordinator and over 7 years in construction project administration, Brenda ensures that potential clients are interested in securing the organization’s services. Brenda develops proposals, capability statements, presentations, and brochure materials to purse business opportunities with strategic targets in key industries and cultivating relationships with existing clients. She deals with queries regarding AEG’s capabilities, safety & procedural plans, and quality control. Her goal oriented and solutions driven approach has helped support AEG’s overall company business development goals.

Adam Broome

Over ten years of Environmental Health and Safety experience as an on-site safety professional in various projects throughout Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia. During his time working as an EHS Coordinator in AEG he has ensured that every worksite and project are following all federal, state, and local applicable Health and Safety laws and regulations. He has assisted in developing and implementing on-site safety programs, facilitated safety and compliance training sessions, performed hundreds of audits identifying potential hazards. During his career he has been an active advocate of promoting a safety culture in the workplace that helps boosts moral, improves productivity, and encourage everyone the importance of being aware of their surroundings.
